Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all warehouse activities in Silang, Cavite, aligning operations with the company’s strategic vision. The role requires 5–7 years in warehouse operations and strong leadership with analytical capabilities.

You will manage inbound/outbound flows, inventory, returns, and maintenance while ensuring SLAs, driving cost control, and delivering timely reports. The candidate will foster staff development for future challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations or related field.
• Strong leadership with ability to analyze data and derive conclusions.
• In-depth knowledge of warehousing KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Excellent problem-solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Silang, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall warehouse operations.
• Strategically manage warehouse per company policies and vision.
• Use analytics to study and recommend strategic initiatives.
• Conduct cost/benefit, cost-optimization, and performance analyses.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, and maintenance; meet SLAs.
• Develop staff and ensure readiness for future challenges.
• Initiate and enforce warehouse policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with warehousing requirements.
• Manage warehouse cost and budget.
• Produce regular reports on key metrics and costs.
• Receive feedback and monitor service quality.
