Job summary

Busy Bee Cleaning Co. is seeking a Regional Operations Associate to serve as the main liaison for daily operational concerns in Manila. You will manage workflow, oversee personnel, handle financial controls, and coordinate dispatch of confirmed bookings.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree, 3–5 years of regional operations experience, and is comfortable presenting to management. Hospitality experience is a plus, and willingness to be on-site in Mandaluyong City from Monday to Saturday is

Qualifications

• Good analytical ability to manage multiple branch operations’ transactions and challenges.
• Willing to do presentations to management and supervise field staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on equipment and maintain communication between sales and operations.
• Review reports, plan daily schedules, manage crew attendance and performance, and oversee cleaning processes and inventory.
• Report to staff and clients, support sales in resolving client concerns, and assist in hiring and onboarding team members.

Job Description

The Regional Operations Associate will act as the main point of contact for daily operational concerns, manages workflow issues, oversees personnel and financial control, and manages the dispatch of confirmed bookings.

What Are Your Key Duties and Responsibilities?

• Conducting quality checks on equipment, maintaining communication between sales and operations, managing job orders, and facilitating discussions on operational issues.
• Reviewing reports, planning daily schedules, managing crew attendance and performance, overseeing the cleaning process, and managing equipment and inventory.
• Reporting, communication with staff and clients, supporting sales in resolving client concerns, and assisting in hiring and qualifying who will be additional members of the team.

What Are We Looking For?

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course or any technical/ vocational courses related to the role.
• Has adequate experience in handling regional operations.
• Experience from the Hospitality Industry is a plus.
• Has good analytical ability to manage multiple branch operations’ transactions and challenges.
• Capable of doing presentations to management.
• Knowledgeable in social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, etc.
• Willing to be on field when deemed necessary.
• Willing to report on-site at Mandaluyong City from Mondays to Saturdays.
