Operation Associate
Job Summary:
- The Operations Associate plays a critical role in supporting the daily efficiency of our F&B establishments.
- This is an administrative-focused position dedicated to organizing our team, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring a secure environment through consistent monitoring and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Staff Scheduling & Coordination
- Draft and manage weekly shift rosters for all front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Handle shift swap requests, leaves, and emergency coverages to ensure the floor is always adequately manned.
- Monitor daily attendance and punctuality.
2. Administrative Support
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of daily sales reports and operational logs.
- Assist in tracking inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Prepare internal memos and facilitate communication between management and the staff.
3. Staff Monitoring & Performance
- Observe staff adherence to company protocols, grooming standards, and service workflows.
- Conduct regular "floor checks" to ensure tasks are being completed during opening, turnover, and closing.
- Help identify training needs based on daily performance observations.
4. Safety & Security (CCTV Monitoring)
- Conduct CCTV reviews when requested to monitor operational flow, safety compliance, and security.
- Investigate and report any irregularities or incidents captured on footage.
- Ensure that safety protocols (e.g., cash handling, closing procedures) are strictly followed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- High level of integrity and attention to detail, especially regarding CCTV and staff monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
Work Environment:
- 50% work from home, with occasional travel to branches for on-site check-ins, recruitment events, or training if required.
