The Regional Branch Operations Associate will handle operational efficiency, achievement of sales targets, and adherence to organizational standards. This position will also assist in managing the personnel, client relationships, and branch documentation to support smooth and profitable operations.

What Are Your Key Duties and Responsibilities?

• Sales & Client Relationship Management: Drive branch revenue by managing inquiries across social media, email, and phone; conduct on-site ocular inspections for large-scale projects (200sqm+) and maintain long-term client retention through proactive follow-ups.
• End-to-End Operational Oversight: Act as the primary point of contact for branch operations, supervising daily dispatch, driver routes, and crew assignments while managing petty cash and escalating critical issues to regional management.
• Crew Leadership & Performance: Lead daily morning huddles to align teams on goals; monitor staff attendance, grooming, and professionalism; and oversee the preparation of cleaning kits and equipment to ensure SOP compliance.
• Service Quality & Incident Resolution: Monitor service delivery from setup to completion, actively resolving client complaints or "back job" requests to maintain high satisfaction standards in collaboration with the Sales Team.
• Inventory, Compliance & Reporting: Manage the full lifecycle of equipment and consumables—including purchasing, maintenance, and weekly audits—while ensuring the branch remains compliant with all government permits and licenses.

What Are We Looking For?

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course or any technical/vocational courses related to the role.
• Has adequate experience in handling regional operations.
• Experience from the Hospitality Industry is a plus.
• Has good analytical ability to manage multiple branch operations’ transactions and challenges.
• Capable of doing presentations to management.
• Knowledgeable in social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, etc.
• Willing to be on field when deemed necessary.
• Willing to report on-site at Mambaling Cebu City from Mondays to Saturdays.
