Limketkai Sons, Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Assistant Mall Manager.
You will coordinate schedules, meetings, communications, and reports, acting as a liaison with tenants, suppliers, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and professional, with 2–3 years of executive/administrative experience and strong MS Office skills.
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Assistant Mall Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of schedules, meetings, communications, and reports, and serves as a key liaison between the Assistant Mall Manager and internal/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and highly professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the calendar of the Assistant Mall Manager, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
Prepare and review reports, memos, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external distribution
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Act as a point of contact between the Assistant Mall Manager and tenants, suppliers, employees, and visitors
Monitor deadlines and project milestones; ensure timely follow-through
Assist in managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
Support the Assistant Mall Manager in administrative and project-related tasks
Coordinate with various mall departments and external partners as required
Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an executive or administrative assistant role
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Trustworthy, discreet, and professional in handling confidential information
