• Provides operational support by relieving attendants or cashiers during manpower shortages and ensuring smooth guest transactions.
• Helps sustain business performance by restocking supplies, monitoring contract renewals, and ensuring timely processing of operational requirements.
• Prepares and submits accurate reports and documentation to support operational monitoring and decision-making.
• Continuously develops skills and job knowledge through regular training, self-improvement initiatives, and execution of the IDP.
