Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in park/venue operations.
• Ability to supervise rides, admissions, and guest service.
• Strong focus on safety, incident reporting and compliance.

Position description: Operations Officer/Supervisor is accountable for ensuring effective park operations as well as for organizing, supervising, and coordinating activities that deliver services to their clientele.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supports the Branch Manager in daily park operations, ensuring smooth execution of activities related to rides, admissions, and customer service.
• Oversees on-ground operations including staff performance, attendance, and administrative tasks while addressing operational issues such as cash handling, POS concerns, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitors the implementation of maintenance, safety, and property management initiatives to keep facilities secure, functional, and in excellent condition.
• Ensures compliance with operational standards, incident reporting, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Leads and mentors team members through coaching, performance monitoring, and training to build a motivated and service-oriented workforce.
