Arvin International Marketing Inc. seeks a QMS Supervisor to maintain and improve its Quality Management System across importation, warehousing, and distribution of salt, chemicals, rice, and other raw materials.
You will lead QMS personnel, drive ISO 9001 compliance, conduct internal audits, handle CAPA, document control, and liaise with regulators and customers nationwide.
A Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required, with at least five years in QMS and supervisory roles.
The QMS Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and improving the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, customer standards, and internal quality policies across the importation, warehousing, and distribution of salt, chemicals, rice, and other raw materials.
Supervise and guide QMS personnel in the execution of quality management activities.
Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 and company requirements.
Monitor compliance with quality procedures across importation, storage, handling, and distribution operations.
Plan and conduct internal audits, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.
Manage quality documentation, records, and document control processes.
Coordinate customer complaints, nonconformance investigations, and root cause analysis.
Support supplier qualification, evaluation, and quality performance monitoring.
Facilitate management reviews, quality reporting, and KPI tracking.
Conduct quality training and promote quality awareness across departments.
Conduct field audits, inspections, and process reviews at company sites and partner facilities nationwide.
Liaise with regulatory agencies, customers, and external auditors as required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years of QMS experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, internal auditing, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and document control.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Certified Internal Auditor is an advantage.
Willing to travel nationwide and perform fieldwork as required.
