Job summary

Shera Building Solution (Philippines) Corp. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001 and related standards across the organization. The role focuses on quality management system documentation, compliance monitoring and continuous improvement across all departments.

You will coordinate internal and external audits, manage nonconformances, and lead investigations into customer complaints to identify root causes and preventive actions.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and related standards.
• Proficiency in creating and updating QMS documentation (manuals, procedures, work instructions).
• Ability to monitor compliance and drive continuous improvement across departments.

About the role

This role involves developing, implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and other applicable ISO standards within the organization, with responsibility for quality management system documentation, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and other applicable ISO standards within the organization
• Prepare, review and update quality manuals, procedures and work instructions
• Ensure compliance of all departments with documented QMS policies
• Coordinate and support internal audits, external audits and certification body assessments.
• Prepare audit plans, reports and follow-up corrective and preventive actions
• Manage nonconformances and ensure timely closure of findings
• Assist in customer and third-party audits
• Monitor compliance with statutory, regulatory and customer-specific requirements
• Maintain proper documentation, control and retention of ISO-related records
• Manage document control system and ensure that the current version of control procedure and forms were properly circulated
• Propose process improvements, support and participate in the corrective and preventive action implementation
• Conduct awareness sessions and trainings on quality and ISO standards to all employees
• Performs administrative tasks as needed
• Assist in investigating quality issues
• Review and investigate customer complaint, determine root causes and recommend corrective and preventive measures
• Must be able to perform inspections on raw materials, processes test and FG inspections
• Conduct process audits to monitor production team’s compliance with quality control processes
• Help resolve quality-related issues in the production
• Propose improvement method/plan to minimize defect or improve quality
