Key responsibilities
Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities.
Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, documents, records, and other operational files.
Monitor schedules, assignments, and operational requirements.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Assist in monitoring inventory, supplies, equipment, and other operational resources.
Track and follow up on pending tasks, requests, and operational concerns.
Prepare regular operational reports and updates for management.
Ensure that company policies, procedures, and administrative requirements are properly followed.
Assist in coordinating meetings, trainings, events, and other company activities.
Communicate operational updates and concerns to the appropriate personnel.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in administrative, operations, or coordination work is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and handle multiple tasks.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
