Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar role within a BPO.
• On-site work required at SM City Sta. Rosa.
• Must be able to work graveyard shift.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret, and address training needs.
• Knowledge of PC applications such as MS Office, Tableau, etc.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and time-critical environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and instruction to engage and stimulate employees to promote transfer of knowledge and application of skills.
• Promote retention through effective questioning, presentation, and facilitation, with feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
• Provide and manage an environment that fosters trust, learning, and performance during instruction.
• Plan and prepare instruction with appropriate methods and materials for specific learning modes.
• Assess student learning and performance using evaluation models and tools appropriate for the environment.
• Mentor and coach apprentice instructors, train newly assigned instructors, and coordinate training activities including operation, quality, and HR presentations.
