You will handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels, provide troubleshooting, and document interactions to support continuous service improvements while collaborating with internal teams to maintain

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer enquiries simultaneously.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
