- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries for the Telco Account.
- Assist with billing, account, and service concerns.
- Provide information on mobile, internet, and broadband plans.
- Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues.
- Assist with plan changes and service requests.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Document customer interactions.
- Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets.
