Job summary

Caldwell Communications is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Telco Account in Quezon City. The role is onsite and offers a monthly salary of up to ₱26,000 with full-time hours and shifting schedules.

No prior BPO experience is required, and paid training is provided to get you started. You will assist customers with mobile, internet, broadband, billing, and plan changes, while delivering professional support and meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• College level or graduates are welcome.
• No BPO or call center experience required.
• Fresh graduates and first-time BPO applicants welcome.
• Basic English communication skills are required.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries for the Telco Account.
• Assist with billing, account, and service concerns.
• Provide information on mobile, internet, and broadband plans.
• Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues.
• Assist with plan changes and service requests.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Document customer interactions.
• Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets.
