Job summary

Metacom Careers in Muntinlupa is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Premium Telco Account. You will assist customers with telecommunications inquiries via voice support, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns while delivering excellent service.

Freshers are welcome; must be willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa on a shifting schedule. Onsite training is provided, with HMO coverage for up to 3 dependents and a 13th month pay.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate or Old Curriculum High School Graduate
• ALS Graduate may also apply
• Freshers are welcome
• Must have completed the required high school education
• Undergraduate High School applicants are not accepted
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
