Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate or Old High School Graduate.
• No college degree required.
• Must be a graduate — High School undergraduates are not accepted.
• Good verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite / brick-and-mortar.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Work Setup: Onsite / Brick-and-Mortar.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional assistance.
• Address customer inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services.
• Assist with account concerns, billing inquiries, service requests, and other customer needs.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions based on customer concerns.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout every interaction.
• Document customer interactions and follow established procedures and quality standards.
