Job summary

Metacom Careers in the Philippines (Pampanga) is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Premium Telco Account to provide personalized and professional service. You will handle inquiries about mobile, internet, and telecommunications services, assist with billing, upgrades, and service requests, troubleshoot basic issues, and document interactions.

Onsite with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
