Cybalink Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to support our recruitment team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in Pasig. You will handle pre-employment activities, onboarding packs, documentation, and candidate communications for blue-collar roles supporting Australian operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment administration or coordination.
• Experience with Australian recruitment and onboarding processes preferred.
• Experience supporting blue-collar recruitment in construction, mining, or industrial sectors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, recruitment trackers, and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-employment requirements including booking medicals and scheduling, monitor reference checks for timely completion, and prepare onboarding packs for successful candidates.
• Follow up on required tickets, licenses, and qualifications to ensure compliance with role and site requirements.
• Support end-to-end recruitment coordination, including data entry, documentation, and candidate communication.
• Manage recruitment inbox, respond to queries, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers, with proper filing and archiving of documents.
• Assist in ensuring candidates meet Australian compliance requirements prior to mobilisation.
• Support recruiters in high-volume, reactive hiring across multiple candidates and roles.
