Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support our recruitment team in a fast-paced environment, focusing on recruitment and onboarding for blue-collar roles supporting Australian operations. You will partner with recruiters to manage interviews, documentation, pre-employment checks, and tracker updates, ensuring accuracy and an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ recruitment administration or coordination experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Exposure to Australian recruitment and onboarding processes preferred.
• Experience supporting blue-collar recruitment within construction, mining, or industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with trade roles and qualification requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-employment requirements including medicals and scheduling, and prepare onboarding packs.
• Follow up tickets, licenses, and qualifications to ensure site compliance.
• Support end-to-end recruitment coordination, data entry, and candidate communication.
• Manage recruitment inbox and respond to queries; escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers; file and archive documents per policy.
• Assist in ensuring Australian compliance requirements prior to mobilisation.
• Support recruiters in high-volume, reactive hiring across multiple roles and timelines.
