Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator (Project Administrator) to support workforce compliance, onboarding, training coordination, and project administration activities for a leading Australian client in the mining and resources sector.

The role is full-time onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Mon–Fri, morning shift). You will manage inductions, medicals, licenses, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for project readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 2–3 years in project administration, workforce administration, or compliance coordination.
• Experience onboarding blue- and white-collar roles in industrial environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce compliance activities including training, inductions, medicals and site access.
• Issue, monitor and update bookings for inductions and medical appointments.
• Upload and maintain employee records and training in IFS and client systems.
• Review licenses, training records and compliance documents for client requirements.
• Monitor training expiry dates and coordinate updates as needed.
• Manage shared inboxes, stakeholder communications and workforce trackers.
• Support travel booking, data entry, reporting, and general admin tasks.
• Liaise with project teams and site admins to ensure workforce readiness.
