Job summary

Boomering Inc. is seeking two Recruitment Consultants to join a fast-paced team supporting Australia-based candidates and vacancies. The role focuses on recruitment delivery, candidate engagement and vacancy ownership, handling end-to-end processes from sourcing through to placement.

You will manage pipelines, conduct high-volume calls, and work toward weekly KPI targets in a dynamic BPO environment. This WFO position offers a competitive salary in the 40k–60k PHP range, regular performance

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruitment delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines.
• Strong communication with candidates across Australia.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates via SEEK, Bullhorn, and job boards.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and candidate follow-ups.
• Interview, register, qualify, and submit candidates for live vacancies.
• Coordinate milestones: medicals, inductions, interviews, mobilization.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline information.
