Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is hiring a Mobilisation Administrator to support screening, onboarding, mobilisation, and deployment for an international client. You will maintain employee records and ensure compliance documents are complete and on time.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field and at least 3 years in crewing or recruitment administration, with strong English communication and MS Office skills. Onsite work in Pasig City is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in crewing, mobilisation, onboarding, or recruitment administration.
• Experience supporting onboarding and mobilisation of blue-collar, white-collar, and skilled workers.
• Proficient in MS Office and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, and internal teams on crewing and mobilisation requirements.
• Support candidate screening, onboarding, deployment, and mobilisation activities.
• Collect and verify pre-employment documents, licences, certificates, medicals, and other compliance documents.
• Maintain accurate employee records and crewing trackers.
• Monitor document expiry dates, outstanding requirements, and mobilisation deadlines.
• Handle employee inquiries and mobilisation updates via email and Teams.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth workforce deployment.
