Job summary

Keywords Studios is hiring a Player Engagement Agent to serve as the bridge between clients and gaming communities. You will respond to players and resolve inquiries via ticketing, email, or chat, while collecting feedback for developers.

The role offers a dynamic workspace with growth opportunities and an onsite expectation in the Asia Pacific region. Ideal candidates will have strong English skills (C1–C2), excellent communication, and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English at C1–C2; B2+ minimum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Flexible with weekends/holidays/time zones.
• Experience in customer support or BPO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to players promptly via ticketing, email, or chat.
• Investigate inquiries and provide quality resolutions.
• Gather and relay player feedback to developers.
• Assist internal teams and maintain knowledge bases.
