Keywords Studios is seeking a Player Engagement Agent to act as the essential link between clients and the gaming community. You will respond to players, investigate inquiries, and relay valuable feedback to developers.

This full-time onsite role offers opportunity to grow within a dynamic, global team. The ideal candidate will have strong English skills (B2+), excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple channels (ticketing, email, chat).

Qualifications

• Mastery in English language required (B2 or higher).
• Excellent communication skills for effective player support.
• Ability to adapt to various situations and player needs.
• Accountability and reliability in handling inquiries and issues.
• Proactivity in addressing player concerns and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Respond to players' questions promptly via ticketing, email, or chat.
• Investigate and deliver prompt, quality responses to players and feedback to developers.
• Provide translations when required to ensure seamless communication.
• Gather and deliver player feedback according to procedures.
• Maintain and update knowledge bases and macros for efficient support.
