Job summary

Keywords Studios is hiring a Player Engagement Agent to connect clients with the gaming community. You will respond to players, investigate inquiries, translate when needed, and feed feedback to developers.

The role requires full-time onsite work at Bacolod, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic, gaming-focused service line. You will work with Helpshift/Zendesk and other CRM tools, manage tickets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Mastery in C1-C2 level language proficiency, with English at B2 level or higher
• Excellent communication skills for effective player support
• Flexibility to adapt to various situations and player needs
• Accountability and reliability in handling player inquiries and issues
• Proactivity in identifying and addressing player concerns proactively
• Proficiency in navigating knowledge bases for efficient support
• Basic troubleshooting skills to assist players with technical challenges
• Availability for full-time work, including weekends and holidays, and on different time zones as needed

Responsibilities

• Investigate and respond to players' questions promptly
• Provide translations when required to ensure seamless communication
• Gather and deliver player feedback to developers
• Maintain detailed reports and escalate issues as needed
• Support internal teams with project-related requests
• Utilize ticketing, email, or chat to resolve inquiries
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills
