Job summary

Afni, Inc. is seeking a training instructor to deliver engaging sessions for existing and new hires in Quezon City. You will promote transfer of knowledge, apply instructional methods, and coach learners to maximize performance.

Qualifications

2 years of college completed and at least 1 year of related BPO experience.
Amenable to work on-site in Quezon City and willing to work night shifts.
Strong verbal and written communication to assess and address training needs.
Proficient in PC applications such as MS Office and Tableau.

Responsibilities

Deliver training and instruction to engage both existing and newly hired employees, promoting knowledge transfer and skill application.
Use questioning, presentation, and facilitation to enhance retention and performance through constructive feedback.
Maintain a learning environment during instruction that supports trust, learning, and performance.
Plan and prepare instructional methods and materials suitable for the mode of learning used.
Assess learner progress with appropriate evaluation models and tools.
