Responsibilities

• Deliver training and instruction to engage and stimulate employees to transfer knowledge and apply skills.
• Promote retention through questioning, presentation, and coaching to enhance performance.
• Provide environment that fosters trust, learning, and performance during instruction.
• Plan and prepare instructional methods and materials for specific learning modes.
• Assess student learning using evaluation tools appropriate for the environment.
• Mentor and coach apprentice instructors; coordinate training activities including HR presentations.
