Job summary

TTEC Philippines is seeking an onsite Customer Service Representative in Bacolod to resolve escalated calls with empathy and product knowledge. You’ll help customers quickly, consult on products, and ensure their experience is more than just average.

You will answer customer inquiries, conduct research to resolve issues, and demonstrate computer proficiency. A senior high school diploma or two years in college and at least 12 months BPO experience are preferred.
