Job summary

Quantrics in Taytay, Rizal is hiring for an entry-level customer support role. You’ll handle voice and non-voice inquiries, navigate multiple systems, and build strong relationships with customers to tailor solutions.

Requirements include at least high school, excellent English, and teamwork; willing to work onsite with a shifting schedule, including graveyard shifts. Hours are Mon-Fri 10:00 AM–5:00 PM at SM Taytay IT Business Park. NBI clearance is a plus and will be prioritized.
