The role oversees database management, client onboarding and offboarding, and billing support from an onsite, full-time base in Clark, Cebu, Manila, or Tarlac.

• 2+ years of administrative experience within an Australian accounting practice or professional services firm.
• Experience with cloud accounting and practice management software (Xero, XPM, ATO Agent Portal, ASIC portals).
• Knowledge of BAS/IAS cycles and entity setup workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, meticulous and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative operations and client workflow.
• Oversee database management, client onboarding/offboarding, job flow tracking.
• Monitor ASIC corporate compliance, tax lodgment administration, billing support.
• Coordinate with Client Managers and maintain database integrity.
