Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of Australian public practice experience.
• Solid knowledge of Australian tax rules and compliance standards.
• Proficiency with Xero or MYOB and other Australian accounting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive preparation of financial statements, BAS, IAS, and tax returns for a diverse client portfolio.
• Perform detailed reconciliations and prepare workpapers; collaborate with Senior Accountants to finalize jobs to Australian standards.
• Lead operations by maximizing cloud accounting usage and supporting junior team members in tasks.
