Job summary

TOA Global in the Philippines is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to bridge Australian accounting firms and their Philippine teams. You will orchestrate onboarding, monitor compliance, and ensure timely client communications to boost firm efficiency.

The role emphasizes organized workflow, proactive reminders, and collaboration with onshore/offshore teams, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a salary range of Php 45,000–58,000.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of mandatory experience working in or directly supporting an Australian accounting firm.
• Solid understanding of Australian compliance landscapes and client service expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate onboarding workflows and compliance documentation; track active jobs and lodgments to avoid missed deadlines.
• Serve as the professional face and voice of the firm; manage reminders, follow-ups, and project updates.
• Handle vital ASIC functions, including digital lodgments and maintaining corporate registers to keep entities in good standing.
• Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and billing statuses; liaise with Australian accountants to optimize productivity and coordination between onshore and offshore teams.
