You will prepare financial statements, BAS, IAS, and tax returns for a diverse portfolio and ensure high-quality workpapers in collaboration with Senior Accountants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4+ years of experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Australian tax rules and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Xero or MYOB and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Compliance Mastery: Drive the preparation of financial statements, BAS, IAS, and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships.
• Meticulous File Finalization: Perform reconciliations and prepare workpapers; finalize jobs to Australian standards with Senior Accountants.
• Operational Leadership: Use cloud accounting software to boost team productivity and support junior members.
