Job summary

TOA Global in the Philippines seeks an enthusiastic Client Service Administrator to manage practice administration, job flow, and client onboarding for an Australian accounting partner.

You will coordinate Xero Practice Manager workflows, updates to tax portals, and ASIC/ATO compliance while keeping accounting jobs on schedule. The role is on-site and offers a daytime schedule across Clark, Cebu, Manila, or Tarlac with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support within accounting or professional services.
• Knowledge of XPM, ATO/ASIC portals and document control is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client databases in XPM and track job statuses and due dates.
• Manage electronic signatures for tax returns and financial summaries; liaise with ATO and ASIC portals.
• Oversee client onboarding, entity setups, and maintain company registers across ATO/ASIC.
• Assist practice managers with budgeting, task descriptions, and client invoicing.
• Save client correspondence and maintain complete electronic records across systems.
