The role requires at least a high school diploma, and at least 6 months of BPO experience or 6 months in lending/finance, or a finance-related degree. Computer experience and product knowledge are valued.

Formación

• At least 6 months BPO experience or 6 months in lending/financial services or finance-related coursework.
• Recognize, apply and explain product or service knowledge.
• Computer experience.
