Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking Banking Customer Service Representatives to support US/UK banking processes onsite in Eton, Quezon City. The role requires 1–2 years of banking and telephony experience, with a background in collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or related financial services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
