Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Production Operations Associate to support international banking and financial services operations. The ideal candidate must have 1–2 years of experience in US or UK banking and telephony processes, with a background in banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or similar financial services roles.

The successful candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of customer service. The role requires confidence in handling international customers while maintaining service quality, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and service requests related to banking and financial services.
• Support banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payout, or other relevant financial operations.
• Communicate professionally and assertively with international customers through telephony channels.
• Understand customer concerns, investigate issues, and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Follow established standard operating procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the appropriate systems.
• Identify and elevate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Protect confidential customer and financial information in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient process delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: At least Higher Secondary (old curriculum), Senior High School, completion of the second year of college, or a college graduate.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in US or UK banking and telephony operations.
• Prior experience in banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or similar financial services accounts is required.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and assertive approach.
• Understanding of customer service principles and international customer handling.
• Ability to manage customer concerns effectively and work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite at Eton, Quezon City.
• Flexibility to work schedules aligned with international operations, as required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary increase of up to 20% over the last drawn salary, depending on experience.
• Additional PHP 2,400 allowance, subject to applicable terms.
• PHP 40,000 joining bonus, subject to eligibility and applicable payout conditions.
• Candidates with salary expectations exceeding PHP 50,000 will not be considered.
