Job summary

The HIRD Corp. in Metro Manila is seeking experienced Financial Customer Service Representatives to support a UK-based financial account.

You will handle customer inquiries, provide account-related assistance, resolve concerns, and deliver excellent service in line with client standards. Role requires 1–2 years in a US/UK banking contact center, strong communication skills, and willingness to work onsite with shifting UK time schedules.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or completed at least 2 years in college
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a US or UK banking/financial account within a contact center environment
• Experience in Banking, Collections, Fraud, Underwriting, Payouts, or related financial services functions
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with international customers
• Comfortable working onsite and on shifting schedules

Salary: Up to ₱23,600 basic salary + ₱2,400 allowance, depending on experience
