Qualifications

1-2 years US or UK banking/financial account experience in a contact center environment.
Experience from accounts such as banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or similar roles.
Good problem solving skills with proper and assertive communication.
Understanding of customer service domain and comfortable dealing with international customers.
