Roles are 100% onsite at Eton Centris, with shifting UK time schedules. Qualifications include 1–2 years in US/UK banking telephony, and education from high school through early college levels.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in US or UK banking and telephony.
• Experience in banking-related accounts (Banking, Collections, Fraud, Underwriting, Payouts, other financial services).
• Strong problem-solving skills and assertive communication.
• Good understanding of customer service and ability to handle international customers.
• Willing to work 100% onsite at Eton Centris, Quezon City.
• Willing to work shifting schedules aligned with UK time.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate under the old curriculum, Senior High School graduate, or 2nd-year college undergraduate up to college graduate.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in US or UK banking and telephony.

• Experience in any of the following financial accounts:

  • Banking

  • Collections

  • Fraud

  • Underwriting

  • Payouts

  • Other related financial services

• Strong problem-solving skills and assertive communication.

• Good understanding of customer service.

• Comfortable handling international customers.

• Willing to work 100% onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City.

• Willing to work shifting schedules aligned with UK time.
