Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of AR/payment/cash application, financial operations, or reconciliation experience; logistics/shared services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Validate incoming payment details against customer accounts, invoices, and balances.
• Post and allocate payments (bank transfers, deposits, checks) in AR system.
• Resolve unapplied, unidentified, or incorrectly allocated payments and escalate issues as needed.
• Reconcile payment records with bank receipts and AR ledgers; monitor unapplied balances.
• Coordinate with Collections, Treasury, Accounting, Sales, and customers to obtain remittance information and resolve discrepancies.
