2GO Group Inc. is hiring a Payment Application Specialist to accurately apply customer payments to invoices and maintain AR integrity. You will coordinate with Collections, Treasury, Accounting, and customers to resolve unapplied payments and ensure accurate balances.

The role emphasizes compliance, audit readiness, and process improvements through automation while supporting month-end activities. Onsite work is required in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years in accounts receivable, payment or cash application, or reconciliation.

Responsabilités

• Validate payment information against customer accounts, invoices, and balances.
• Post and allocate payments via bank transfers, deposits, checks, and other channels in the AR system.
• Apply payments to correct entities, customers, and invoices; prevent duplicates.
