Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for onsite work in Pasay City. You will manage daily AR activities across four entities, perform reconciliations, and handle debt collection via calls and emails.

The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and collaboration with onshore teams. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in AR or related roles, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and familiarity with ICE or ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in accounts, administration, data processing, or related role.
• Experience with accounts receivable, debt collection, bank/card reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of AR processes and financial reconciliation.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts receivable and debt collection across four entities via phone and email.
• Follow collection schedules and escalation procedures for overdue invoices.
• Receive and allocate incoming payments to invoices accurately.
• Send customer statements and maintain collection notes in ICE.
• Investigate simple invoice queries and disputes by reviewing job/equipment history.
• Escalate issues needing credits, write-offs, or external collections to onshore stakeholders.
• Identify unallocated payments to maintain AR ledgers and ageing reports.
• Flag accounts near credit hold thresholds for timely decisions.
• Prepare weekly aged receivables reports (30/60/90+ days) and monthly activity summaries.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations for one bank account per entity; monthly credit card reconciliations for all branches.
