Job summary

Sutherland in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Consultant who will be the point of contact, answering inbound calls and delivering exceptional service to consumers.

You will respond to inquiries about products and services, process payments, and perform general account maintenance. Up-selling to new products or services may be encouraged.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, multitasking ability, and experience with CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
• Prior customer service experience preferred
