Job summary

Sutherland in the Philippines is seeking a motivated Customer Service Consultant to join our team in the Philippines. You will be the primary point of contact for consumers, handling inbound calls and delivering exceptional support.

You will respond to product and service inquiries, process payments, perform general account maintenance, and have opportunities to upsell to new products or services where appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication; reading skills.
• Experience with CRM applications preferred.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills required
• Multi-tasking skills, showcased through the use of several applications; experience working with CRM applications preferred
• Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
• Prior customer service experience preferred
