Job summary

Metacom Business Processing Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Representative in Cebu City to assist customers with technical concerns and guide them through troubleshooting steps.

You will troubleshoot basic issues, communicate clearly, and use support tools to provide effective solutions. This role is on-site with a monthly salary of ₱19,000–₱26,000 and offers HMO coverage from Day 1, plus government-mandated benefits and paid leave.

Qualifications

• 18 years old and above.
• At least a Senior High School graduate or college graduate.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with technical support inquiries.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and concerns.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
