Job summary

Valor Global, Inc. is seeking a proactive Sourcing Specialist for a 3-month project at our on-site location in Taguig City.

You will build a strong candidate pipeline for high-volume BPO hiring, identify and engage top talent across multiple channels, and screen applicants to ensure a good fit for our operations. You will scope active and passive candidates via job boards and social networks, maintain an active pool for ramp-ups, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize

Qualifications

Prior experience in sourcing, lead generation, or recruitment is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome.
Bachelor’s degree in HR/psych/communications or related field is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and Excel/Sheets is expected.

Responsibilities

Proactively search for potential candidates using job boards and social networks.
Conduct initial resume screening and phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit for BPO roles.
Maintain an active talent pool to support immediate and upcoming hiring ramp-ups.
Reach out to passive candidates and convert them into active applicants.
Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth handoffs and track sourcing metrics.
