Job summary

Teleperformance Cebu is seeking a proactive Sourcing Specialist to support talent acquisition across Visayas and Mindanao. You will generate qualified applicant leads through digital sourcing, build partnerships with LGUs, schools, community groups, and manage referral programs.

You will drive high-volume hiring for BPO, ensure accurate ATS records, and analyze sourcing metrics while collaborating with recruiters and managers. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment.
• Experience in high-volume hiring or BPO recruitment is a plus.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in sourcing via Facebook, LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed.
• Strong networking and relationship management.
• Experience managing referral programs is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent English and Bisaya communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies to generate quality candidate leads.
• Build partnerships with LGUs, schools, universities, community organizations, and vendors.
• Manage and promote Applicant Referral Programs.
• Drive Employee Referral Program participation through campaigns and tracking.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for VisMin sites.
• Screen and profile candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Monitor sourcing metrics and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and partners to align sourcing with needs.
• Participate in job fairs, campus events, and virtual hiring activities.
