DITO Telecommunity Corporation is seeking a Store Specialist to join our retail team at our Lipa City Batangas location. This on-site role focuses on delivering exceptional service and driving sales within our store environment.

You will greet customers, demonstrate product knowledge, process transactions, and assist with stock management while upholding health and safety standards and brand guidelines.

Qualificações

• Previous retail or customer service experience in a similar environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Excellent numeracy skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems or similar technology.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in a warm and professional manner, providing assistance and guidance throughout their shopping experience
• Demonstrate product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems whilst maintaining high levels of customer service
• Maintain store cleanliness, organisation and visual merchandising standards
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by promoting products, services and offers
• Assist with stock management, including receiving, checking and organising inventory
• Comply with company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations
• Support the Store Manager in training new team members and maintaining operational standards
• Participate in promotional activities and seasonal campaigns
