Job summary

Da Prosperitas Holding Incoporated is seeking an organized Assistant HR Manager to oversee all HR operations except payroll processing. You will ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with company objectives while fostering a positive workplace.

The role suits an experienced HR professional who can manage multiple HR functions and provide strategic and operational support to management, reporting to HR Manager/General Manager in a full-time, on-site capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment process end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Serve as primary HR contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
• Coordinate employee performance evaluations and KPI monitoring.
• Administer benefits, leave, and government enrollments; payroll validated by Payroll Officer.
• Maintain HR records, contracts, promotions, transfers, and separations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and regulations.
